This position is dedicated to ensuring that every visitor, partner, and community member has clear, accurate, and timely access to our diverse range of services. More than just a traditional desk role, this function bridges the gap between our different business divisions – from auto care and accommodation to transport and dining. They are the primary touchpoint for our “one-stop” lifestyle experience. They are responsible for managing the flow of communication, ensuring that every customer is well-informed about our integrated services and community initiatives.
